Payment Guidelines

Please read carefully

Administration fee for ALL STUDENTS (when joining yearly): £10

Payments by cash, cheque or standing order only.

For all group or package lessons, NO REFUND will be offered in case of dropping out of courses or missing lessons.

In case of missing private lessons*, a 48 hour notice will be required.

In case of illness a minimum of 3 hours notice will be required.

The lesson will have to be replaced within the same week subject to the teacher’s availability.

A lesson missed won't be postponed after the term has ended.

*The time slot for a student is reserved and no other student can come at this time.

Notices are essential so the student's hour can be allocated to another student.

Students that chose to pay as they go, should still pay for a missed lesson without previous notice or still replace it.

All Payments by CHEQUE should be filled in the name of Gisele Afeche.

All payments by CASH should be paid prior to the course commencing.

All payments by standing order, please fill the standing order form at least 2 weeks prior to the course commencing

Students won't be accepted for the lessons unless the course has been fully paid.

Pianists charges for concerts are not included in the price. Pianist charges per concert:£10

Our courses are yearly courses. Your enrolment will be automatically renewed for the following term.

If you wish to no longer continue with the lessons a 3 MONTHS notice by written letter will be required.

(Cancellation at the beginning of the previous term). Otherwise the term will still be charged.
